Body Shape

A program that starts with cardio warming for 15 to 20 minutes. The emphasis is on full-body shape, so for the most part of the class, which lasts from 30 to 35 minutes, there are a variety of exercises with props. The class ends with stretching and full-body relaxation. This program is intended for healthy and well-trained people.
